I have never heard of hop water. I do love hops, though. Hops are also good in tea blends.
Hyvee has Lagunites. I'll have to try some tea with hops I have on hand.
And, as weird as it sounds, I have also used hops in a grapefruit/catnip mead. The skunkiness of the catnip with the citrus and the hops is really quite good.
