Merry Christmas from the Biden administration and the 5th Circuit Court.
As most any business owner know this year we all have to report to the Federal government that we own a business and also report any other owners. BOI or Beneficial Ownership Information
Late December 23rd the 5th Circuit rejected a lower court ruling stating BOI was illegal / unconstitutional lifting the stay. So between now and Jan 1, 2025 every entity with few exceptions has to again file this paperwork.
Our owners in the Biden Administration has once again won in their effort to push fascism, while claiming to be anti fascist. ( YES Biden and his supporters ARE FASCISTS. I do not use that word lightly nor without know just precisely what it means, unlike people running around using big words that have no clue what the word means.

Under fascism, the state, through official cartels, controlled all aspects of manufacturing, commerce, finance, and agriculture. Planning boards set product lines, production levels, prices, wages, working conditions, and the size of firms. Licensing was ubiquitous; no economic activity could be undertaken without government permission. Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes or “loans.”
As with communism, under fascism, every citizen was regarded as an employee and tenant of the totalitarian, party-dominated state. Consequently, it was the state’s prerogative to use force, or the threat of it, to suppress even peaceful opposition.
This registration is just like many things the camels nose into the tent. Once the nose is in the camel is going to come in and take over.
A lower court ruled against our Biden Administration owners and their efforts to tag, register and mark everyone making a living but letting people cross the border at will and undocumented. However the Biden administration - you know - the one that is not fascists and is pro freedom appealed that decision to the 5th circuit and it sided with the Biden administration re instating this fascistic policy.
People have been trained well by their government owners. They have been taught to hate the rich, hate business people and that they are the root of all that i wrong with this country. Meanwhile the reality is GOVERNMENT and their big business cronies is what is wrong with this country, and their occupants need to control us. Oh sure government says how they want to help small business but the reality is the government is controlled by corporations that want small businesses out of the way so they can control the markets. Do you honestly think the rich and powerful do not control these government people? As Joe Biden would say - COME ON MAN!
Look around - pay attention - all these rules and regs cost time and money. Things that small businesses do not have a over supply of. Meanwhile big corporations have plenty and these times and regulation requirements are easily absorbed.
In my case I will be doing this instead of taking time off for the holiday season. I cannot afford the $591.00 per day fine per entity for not complying with the fascist policies of this current administration. Nor can I take the time to be jailed. I refer you to the above #2 bullet point.
The fine for not filing a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report can be as high as $591 per day for civil penalties, with potential criminal penalties including a fine of up to $10,000 and imprisonment for up to two years for willful non-compliance.
Elections have consequences, YOUR vote has consequences, your ideology has consequences. Does your ideology require the use of force to implement? How would your ideology on what government should be doing be implemented if not by force for non compliance? Is the threat of violence a legitimate compliance method to enforce a ideology? (NO AND NO). Does your ideology serendipitously/unknowingly support fascism and or violence against others? We need to do some deep thinking here on our ideology and be honest about what we are advocating.
We need to understand what government is and isn’t. It is NOT a benevolent operation of good Samaritans. It is nothing more than a criminal cabal ruling over us, with far more power than any other criminal operation on planet earth.
Summer reading
Well the dog days of summer will soon be here if not already here. Many of us will take vacation and go somewhere fun and exciting or will just set at home do things around the house. Either way you will have down time to read.
People that know me and my political ideology sometimes think I am off the wall. HOWEVER their is one HUGE and I mean HUGE difference between my ideology and most of theirs. MINE in no way advocates the use of force government or anyone elses to implement. No government use of violence, thuggery or incarceration for non compliance is acceptable. The only thing government should be doing is to keep people or businesses from doing this, most certainly they should not be implementing this. Mine is a voluntary method, a peaceful method a non violent method, a respectful method a ideology that believes YOU are a fully functioning adult. One in which you can peacefully do what you wish as long as you are not advocating or destroying another person or their property.
This brings us to the lawyers PRACTICING LAW. Yep they are practicing, apparently its not a profession like say electrician, plumber, woodworker, etc… that are professions. Would you hire any practicing electrician? Plumber? woodworker? Yea probably not.
Why do I say they are practicing? Well to me this BOI case is pretty damn simple. The very 1st question should be - can you - Biden Administration lawyer show us where in the granted powers of the US Constitution this is legal? Since Article 1 Section 8 lists ALL powers granted by the people please point of the authorizing section. Instead they argue some obscure fine point of a illegal law giving it credence. STOP doing that - IN EVERY ONE OF THESE CASES the very first question should be from opposing counsel should be show me the place in Article 1 Section 8 the people authorized government to do this. Pretty simple yet in my opinion anyway devastating to the fascistic government and their minions.
Ultimately though it is US that must change this - WE need to start asking - where? We need to start doing our duty in the jury box and acquit those charged with violating illegal laws.
