We all know the Democrats, whole campaign this one and 2020 was based on Trump is a fascist. Many people bought it, repeated it. The media drilled into the campaign minute by minute. Government bureaucrats like John Kelley and other repeated it ad infinitum.
People said they were embarrassed with Trump as the candidate. Politicians called Trump supporters fascists, garbage, deplorable.
What of those that did that name calling especially the fascist moniker? They #1 have no idea what the word means, #2 think we are fools and have no idea what it means.

Is Trump advocating shutting down free speech here? Is he proposing the shutting down of free speech in any way? NO in fact he is not. This vs what the Democrats and media did during covid and up to even now.
We all know now that the Biden administration was ORDERING us around like cattle. Forced jabs or loose your job, forced testing sticking a Chinese made swab up your nose, and basically house arrest if not jabbed as states like NY were saying you could not be in society no eating in restaurants, going to grocery store or elsewhere without their ID card.

Vance went on to accuse Walz of wanting to criminalize misinformation, referencing previous, inaccurate comments the governor made about exceptions to the First Amendment. At that point, Walz actually interrupted Vance, and claimed that the First Amendment does not protect misinformation or "threatening or hate speech."

Am I missing the free speech exception that the 1st Amendment has in the text? Where is it, as I do not see an exception.
Where exactly is the mis information exception Harris, Walz, Hillary and the rest of the slave owner party hierarchy referred to?
We must remember that the Bill of rights, nor the Constitution does NOT give us rights.
The Constitution lists the powers WE granted to government - nothing in it limits our rights or bestows rights upon us. The founders worked on the fact we are NOT owned by a King or a government.
The Bill of rights merely enumerates a few rights. How do we know this? Its stated very clearly in the 9th Amendment.
Ninth Amendment
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Honestly how much more clear can it be? You do not need a law degree or even more than maybe a 6th grade education to understand these very simple words.

We need to start looking at what these people are saying in the light of the very simple language of the Bill of Rights and reject them. Why are they lying to us? Why do they want to control us - even down to what we say? Who do they propose being the arbiter of what is acceptable speech? Are they wanting us to get their approval before we speak?

Fortunately we avoided this, this time. However continuing to blindly support these people will result in us being owned. How Harris/Walz received even one vote after these type of comments is simply amazing to me.
We are dealing with people that will stop at nothing to control us. We need to look at history, learn from it and apply it. Any candidate that speaks of controlling speech in any way is a clear danger. Any candidate that cannot read and comprehend the Bill of Rights is a clear danger. This time we had a 3fer. Harris and Walz wanted to stomp on the 1st, 2nd and 4th. The electoral College should have been a resounding 432 for Trump, Zero Harris. It truly is frightening that Harris received as many votes and the number of electoral votes as she did. It tells me we have a awful lot of work to do in a very short period of time if this many of us support authoritarianism.
The history of authoritarians is one of mass murder and complete control of you.
The Democrat party has told us in no uncertain terms they plan on arresting, jailing and or fining us for our thoughts, just like every other socialist/communist/fascist has done throughout history. Take them at their word!
