New York Political Class - The Real Fraudsters

So now that the massive fines for Trumps non fraud case have been levied Governor Huchul tries to quell the the ripple that will become a tidal wave of GET OUT OF New York if you own a business and are of a different political persuasion than the Karl Marx followers in NY political offices.

January, the AP reported that after analyzing 70 years of civil fraud cases under New York law, its researchers concluded that Trump's case would be the "only big business found that was threatened with a shutdown without a showing of obvious victims and major losses."

Let’s just try being honest Governor, I know its hard for you in the ruling / human ownership class but at least make an effort. Trumps “crime” was over valuing his business to get better loan terms. The state brought these charges without any complaint from another business, bank no individual. NO COMPLAINTS filed.

Ridiculous! NO BANK not a single one is going to take anyone’s word on the valuation of their property for a loan. Banks have their own appraisers and according to federal bank laws must do their own due diligence. So how would a bank survive a bank audit if they made a loan on a property that was on their books for what the owner said with no paper trail of a bank valuation? They would not - some ones head would roll.

Where are the harmed parties? The people allegedly defrauded stated they would loan money to Trump again as he paid his loans off. No one lost a single penny. So these big NY banks were harmed, harmed in a public way - embarrassed and yet they want to do it again? NO these bankers are business people not NY voters in this case.

Let’s get a definition of fraud on the table

Let’s unpack this fraud definition in this specific case

Trump:

#1 I just can’t even see a hint of this

#2 nothing here either

#3 Nope not here either

The banks have appraisers to avoid all this, if they were harmed in this case then its on the banks people

Now let’s look at Hochul and other politicians:

#1 - really when Hochul and others are blatantly stomping on our rights every day? Is Do Quarantine Camps where the state can decide ON ITS OWN you are a danger and can be locked up, no trial, no charges no nothing except their say? Virtually every state has this type of law. Even Nebraska allows UNELECTED health directors quarantine people and during covid locked businesses down and implemented masks mandates.

#2 Using the line - for the public good - no matter the right they are trouncing on. This worked during covid with jab mandates, business closures and masks mandates. In NY they even had a regulation that you could not enter a business without a jab card.

#3 LOL how do these peope goin into high 5 and low 6 figure jobs and walk away multi millionaires? These blatant stock trading that goes n in Congress is just one example of cheating - insider knowledge.

So now we can see who commits the real fraud everyday, day in day out.

We all can choose whom or what company we associate with or do business with. As far as I know we do not have the option of deciding NOT to associate with government or take our “business” elsewhere. Whether we like the governments practices, prices ( taxes) the way they treat us at the DMV or other government agency, we are stuck doing business with people that commit fraud every day.
